PrayBC: MLA: Scott Fraser - Alberni-Pacific Rim
Heavenly Father we pray for MLA Scott Fraser and the important work he does for this province as Opposition Critic for Aboriginal Relations. We know he deals with many issues Lord and we ask that you give him peace and wisdom in the area he has been assigned. We know Lord that it is only in that place of peace and stillness that we can hear You and know how to proceed. With each decision we ask that he would hear You guiding him in the way to go. We ask this is the blessed name of Jesus. Amen (Lam. 3:25-26) Scott has also served on many organizations, including Alberni Clayoquot Regional District Board, Vancouver Island Regional Library Board, Clayoquot Sound Central Region Board, Tourism British Columbia, Vancouver Island Health Board, Tofino/Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, treaty advisory committees, fisheries committees and the Family Court Committee. I've been a pastor for 25 years. A few years ago, God gave me a vision for Legislative Chaplaincy. The goal is simply to be a blessing and source of encouragement to our elected leaders and the people who surround them. I'm excited about what God has called me to do and how He is helping me do it.
