SEE Camp keeps kids inquisitive
One youngster got a yellow oblong balloon, then used a piece of brown construction paper to make a funnel. After coloring the funnel's pointed end black, he used tape to attach the wide end of the funnel to the balloon. His intent was to create a yellow floating "pencil." While the visual depiction was spot on, the construction paper was too heavy for the balloon to stay afloat. Every time the balloon was released, it sank straight to the floor. Use your real name.
